In relation to possible road blocks and check points that may be put in place in the event of storm conditions, the following advice is being issued by the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service: All residents are urged to carry photo ID and, if possible, some form of proof as to why you may need to enter a certain area. This could be work identification or some form of proof of address, such as a utility bill in your name. Only those that have official or urgent needs will be allowed to pass road blocks. Inevitably, in the event of road blocks and check points, there will be delays and the RCIPS thanks people for their patience and understanding. Copntact Deborah Denis 244-3004/926-2145
