Cayman Airways would like to advise the public of the following flight operations update due to the impact of Gustav. Flights scheduled for today Saturday, August 30th are as follows: Flight # 201 from Tampa to Depart 3:20p and Arrive 4:00p Flight # 3105 from Miami to Depart 3:30p and Arrive 3:55p Flight # 105 from Miami to Depart 4:05p and Arrive 4:27p Flight # 106 to Miami to Depart 5:15p and Arrive 7:39p Flight # 105 to Cayman Brac to Depart 5:25p and Arrive 5:55p Flight # 406 from Cayman Brac to Depart 6:45p and Arrive 7:15p Flight # 107 from Miami to Depart 8:55p and Arrive 9:20p All scheduled flights for Sunday, August 31st will operate as scheduled except for the following cancellation:

  • KX793 JFK-GCM (August 31)
Additional flights from South Florida to Grand Cayman will likely be scheduled. Cayman Airways will keep you informed of any extra sections though press releases and publication on Passengers wishing to purchase any available seats on these flights or change existing reservations are advised to purchase online at, contact Cayman Airways' reservations at 949-2311 or contact their travel agent. Website booking will be available anytime up until 3 hours prior to departure and is strongly encouraged as your easiest alternative to purchase. Return flights from South Florida for through September 5 are currently utilizing the hurricane fare which is one-way US$208.40 (including taxes). This fare will be suspended once normal operations resume. Change fees/penalties are being waived for all passengers travelling to or from any Cayman Airways gateway between August 26 - 31, 2008. For passengers who decide to cancel their reservations, a travel voucher for the full value of the ticket may be issued. This voucher must be issued before departure of original travel date and is valid for travel only on Cayman Airways for a year from the date of issuance. Passengers are asked to ensure that all travel documents are in order, which include: visas, re-entry stamps and all other immigration requirements.
