AT 800 AM EDT...1200 UTC...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM RINA WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 16.8 NORTH...LONGITUDE 82.5 WEST. RINA IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHWEST NEAR 6 MPH...9 KM/H...AND A GRADUAL TURN TOWARD THE WEST IS EXPECTED OVER THE NEXT 48 HOURS. ON THE FORECAST TRACK...THE CENTER OF RINA IS EXPECTED TO PASS NORTH OF THE NORTHEASTERN COAST OF HONDURAS DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 40 MPH...65 KM/H...WITH HIGHER GUSTS. SOME STRENGTHENING IS FORECAST DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.
