Published 6th July 2018, 11:14am

At 10 am Hurricane Beryl was located near 10.7N 46.5W.

Beryl is moving West at 13 Knots with maximum sustained winds of 70 Knots.

Beryl is now expected to be a hurricane when it moves through the Lesser Antilles Sunday night or Monday, but it is too early to determine exactly where those impacts will occur.

While Hurricane Beryl is forecast to weaken as it enters the Caribbean Sea, residents should continue to monitor the progress of the storm.

This storm poses no immediate threat to the Cayman Islands.
