BULLETIN NOTICE ON SUBTROPICAL STORM ALBERTO:

While the forecast path of Subtropical Storm Alberto is away from the Cayman Islands, residents are encouraged to continue to monitor the progress of this system as it is expected to influence local weather conditions from weekend into the earlier part of next week.

Cloudy to overcast skies, along with scattered showers and thunder activity, is expected mainly for Grand Cayman today. Showers may become locally heavy at times leading to flooding of low lying areas. Fresh winds and rough seas are also expected over the next 24 hours.

Small crafts should exercise caution over open waters.
