Aftershocks Continue in Cayman Region

Aftershocks continue to affect the Cayman Islands region following the 7.7 Earthquake at 2.10 pm.
So far 5 tremors have been recorded since the 7.7 event with the strongest tremor registered at 6.1 M with the epicenter 35 miles ESE of East End.
Recommended Actions During an Earthquake.
If indoors - Drop, cover and hold - get your head under a sturdy table or piece of furniture. If in bed, stay there until the shaking stops. Cover your head and neck with a pillow.If outdoors, move into an open area away from any objects that can fall on top of you.
Place a flashlight and sturdy shoes by your bed.
